  • Delivery Management Interface: a service that monitors the customer's database for changes in delivery information and, when recognized, sends it to a third party delivery routing service. A second service exports re-routed deliveries from that same third party and imports them into the database. Connectivity with the third party is done via OAuth. All data is formatted in JSON.

  • Automated Replenishment: a service that creates purchase orders for inventory based on retail sales. The orders are sent to a third-party EDI service provider via FTP in a proprietary delimited format. Drop ships, just-in-time inventory, and custom orders are supported.

  • Warranty Processing: a program that extracts warranty data from the retail database, formats it in XML, and sends it via SFTP to a third-party (insurance) warranty processor. The program tracks file transmissions and retries failed transmissions until they succeed.

  • Inventory Assignment: one service assigns a priority to each retail customer based on timing of payment. Those priorities are used by a second service to assign warehouse inventory to the customer, ensuring that customers who pay first receive their goods first.

  • Electronic Invoice Retrieval: a service that requests invoices from a third-party EDI Service Provider and imports them into the customer's database, providing full data validation and notification of data issues.

  • Inventory Optimization: a program that automatically adjusts which inventory is assigned to which retail customers based on the age of the product, ensuring that older pieces do not accumulate in the warehouse, while taking care to not deliver goods that have reached their "shelf life."

Here's a small sampling of projects we've created for our customers.
